Winnipeg Police Credit Union encourages all young members to learn about the benefits of smart money management, because it can really pay off when they're older. One way of accomplishing this important objective is through our two popular youth programs – the "Rookie" program for kids and youth from 6-15 years old; and "HEADSTART®" for youth and young adult between the ages of 16 and 21.*For service fees, some restrictions apply and WPCU reserves the right to levy a fee for speicifc transaction cases where frequency or use is excessive and the specific transaction is the primary use of the account.
Available to children ages 6 to 15
